For real. Hi, my name's Chris. I'm not gonna lie to you, I've made some pretty shitty decisions in my life that have led me to where I am now; evicted from my apartment, sinking in debt, and walking around in the Canadian winters wearing some old, hole-riddled sneakers my neighbour was going to throw out two years ago. Am I proud of where I'm at right now? No. Do I regret any of those decisions I've made that have led me to being where I am today? Again, no.

So, it's come to this: trading my art for scant dollars online with the hopes of one day buying a computer so that I can continue to produce art, and maybe make some of it that's a little more finished with which to populate a professional portfolio. Who knows, if this all works out according to plan, the sketches you buy of me today might be worth tens of dollars sometime in the future (but probably not until after I'm dead if we're going on previous artists' successes).

The fact that this subpar blog of mine gets little to no traffic will most likely put an immediate damper on my plans, but I figured this internet thing isn't going away any time soon, and it seems pretty far-reaching, so it seemed more productive than just drawing things and not asking for money in exchange.

Drop a line in the comments section and let me know if you have any thoughts either way. Like I said, it'd be real sweet to be able to buy a computer and some software to start producing more finished pieces and be able to handle a few more print jobs.

Anyways, there you have it; you give me money, I give you art (alternatively, you can just copy, paste, and print whatever you like from this page and cut me completely out of loop if you feel so inclined).
